On the afternoon of November 10th, in order to implement the Three-Holistic People Development Week activities and comprehensively promote the campus culture and sports,,the table tennis and badminton finals were held at the Staff Recreation Hall in the new administration building.
Before the start of the competition, the players warmed up and got ready for a kick-off. They enjoyed the competition, playing hard for good performance.
After nearly two hours of fierce competition, the champion and runner-up of the table tennis and badminton games were produced. Liu Zexian from the School of Business Administration won the champion of men’s table tennis game, Jiang Cong from the School of Economics and Management the runner-up. Wen Wen from the School of Architectural Engineering won the championship of the women’s table tennis competition, Mai Xiaoying from the School of Economics and Management the second place. The table tennis team championship was snatched by the School of Economics and Management, and the second place went to the School of Architectural Engineering.
The men’s singles badminton championship was gained by Chen Ruimo from the School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, and the runner-up was Chen Shiping from the School of Computer Science and Engineering. The badminton championship of the women’s singles competition was Li Yingyin from the School of Foreign Languages, and the second place went to Wang Kangmei from the School of Business Administration. The School of Business Administration won the champion of the mixed doubles badminton competition, the School of Computer Science and Engineering the second place. The School of Computer Science and Engineering won the champion of men’s doubles badminton game, the School of Computer Science and Engineering the second place.
The games have enriched our university extracurricular activities,,promoted integrated development of students’ moral, intellectual, physical, aesthetics and labor education, demonstrating vitality of college students in the new era. It is hoped that students will actively participate in various sports competitions to promote the campus culture, as well as enhance their self-constitution and improve their comprehensive ability.
