School Program Skills and Knowledge Credit
School of Art and Design Product Design 1. Systematically master the basic core of design and the core knowledge of product design, be equipped with a comprehensive knowledge of humanities, history, art, society, psychology, philosophy and other humanities knowledge, and have good artistic and aesthetic ability.

2. Understand the basic characteristics of design research objects and the most important theoretical frontiers and research developments in the field of design at home and abroad, as well as the basic research methods in design.

3. Be able to use theories and methods of art and humanities and social sciences to observe and understand design issues, have a certain level of philosophical thinking ability and literary quality, and have an understanding of the basic knowledge of natural science and engineering technology.		 The minimum number of credits to be completed is 164, including 123 credits of compulsory courses, 10 credits of public electives, at least 21 credits of specialized electives, and at least 10 credits of extended courses.
